Invinity Energy Systems appoints Dr. Margaret Amos to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  Invinity Energy Systems plc (LON: IES OTC: IESVF), a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, announced the appointment of Dr. Margaret Amos to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Dr. Amos will also chair the Audit Committee.

About Margaret Amos

Margaret Amos brings over 27 years’ financial, commercial, and executive experience in fast-growing manufacturing and technology companies and over 10 years’ non-executive board experience with global FTSE 250 companies, including Hunting plc, Volution plc, and Tyman plc. She is an experienced Non-Executive Director, having held Senior Independent Non-Executive, Audit, Remuneration, and ESG Chair positions across a wide range of sectors.

Margaret Amos spent the majority of her career at Rolls-Royce plc, serving as Senior Finance Business Partner, Aerospace and subsequently as Finance Director, Corporate, IT and Engineering before retiring in 2017.
