– UK, Crawley – Volution Group plc (LON: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, today announced the appointment of Dr. Margaret Amos to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Dr. Margaret Amos will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
About Dr. Margaret Amos
Her career began at Rolls-Royce Plc in 1990, where she gained extensive financial and commercial experience, serving most recently as Senior Finance Business Partner, Aerospace (from 2013 to 2015) and Finance Director, Corporate, IT, and Engineering (from 2015 to 2017). Following her time at Rolls-Royce Plc, Margaret founded and managed an aerospace consultancy business from 2018 to 2020.
Margaret currently serves as a non-executive director for Pod Point Group Holdings plc (where she is also chair of the audit and ESG committees), Ombudsman Service (where she is also chair of the audit committee) and HMG Department for Transport, Trinity House (where she is also chair of the audit committee).
Margaret holds a Doctorate in Professional Practice from the University of Derby and a Masters in Global Supply Chain Management (with distinction) from the University of Nottingham. Margaret is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
