Dave Webster brings significant experience to the Board from leading and successfully growing advanced global manufacturing businesses across the public and private sectors, covering multiple sectors. At CPM Holdings, Inc., where he has served as CEO since 2020, Dave has driven the company’s strategic focus on developing advanced process automation equipment and aftermarket parts and services that improve industrial processes, enhance product quality and reliability, and increase output across feed and food production, green energy, advanced material, and sustainable packaging.
Before joining CPM, Dave Webster led Electrical Components International (ECI) for more than 20 years, transforming it into a global leader with over $1 billion in revenue, 24,000 employees, and operations in 14 countries. This growth was delivered through a focus on building long-term relationships with blue-chip customers and suppliers through a commitment to outstanding service, operational excellence, and product leadership.
Dave Webster holds degrees in Business Administration from Kent State University and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University.
