Invinity Energy Systems welcomes Raj Kohli to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  Invinity Energy Systems plc (LON: IES), manufacturer of vanadium flow batteries for the large-scale energy storage requirements of businesses, industry and electricity networks, today announced the appointment of Raj Kohli to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Raj joins the Board of Invinity as the nominated director of leading integrated vanadium producer Bushveld Minerals (LON: BMN) pursuant to the agreement announced between the companies via RNS on 1 November 2019.

About Raj Kohli

Raj has many years’ experience in the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. He began his City career as a mining and metals analyst before becoming Managing Director in HSBC’s Resources and Energy Group, Investment Banking in 2000.

Raj joined ArcelorMittal as Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in 2007, returning to banking in 2011, joining Standard Bank as Global Head of Metals and Mining. Since 2015, Raj has provided strategic consulting services to the natural resources sector as Principal of Ptolemy Resource Capital.
