– UK, Birmingham – IMI plc (LON: IMI) announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Anne Thorburn as Senior Independent Director effective from 28 October 2024, succeeding Thomas Thune Andersen will step down from his role.
Anne Thorburn joined the Board on 1 August 2024 as a Non-Executive Director and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
