– UK, Woking – TT Electronics plc (LON: TTG) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Anne Thorburn as Senior Independent Director effective from the AGM on 10 May 2024, to succeed Jack Boyer who will step down from the Board after the AGM.
