– UK, Birmingham – IMI plc (LON: IMI), announced the appointments of Victoria Hull and Anne Thorburn to its Board as Non-Executive Directors effective from 1 August 2024.
Anne Thorburn will join the Nomination and Audit Committees, while Victoria Hull will serve the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
About Anne Thorburn
Anne Thorburn has experience across many relevant sectors for IMI, including life sciences, energy, and industrial automation. Anne has international M&A experience gained as both an executive and Non-Executive Director, whilst also bringing strong organic growth experience. She is currently Senior Independent Director & Audit Committee Chair at TT Electronics plc and SID at Diploma plc. Anne was previously a Non-Executive Director of BTG plc.
About Victoria Hull
Victoria Hull has a strong legal and technical background and a great breadth of experience from her executive career, including relevance with the IMI Process and Industrial Automation sectors. Victoria served as SID of Ultra Electronics plc and as a Non-Executive Director of Alphawave IP Group plc and RBG Holdings plc. She is currently Nomination and Governance Committee Chair and SID at Hikma Pharmaceuticals plc and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committees of Network International Holdings plc and IQE plc. She has also been appointed a Non-Executive Director at Serco Group plc with effect from 1 September 2024.
