IMI announces Thomas Thune Andersen as next Senior Independent Director

– UK, Birmingham –  IMI plc (LON: IMI), the specialist engineering group, today announced that Thomas Thune Andersen will become the Senior Independent Director following the resignation of Carl-Peter Forster who will be stepping down as a non-executive director of IMI plc at the end of August 2021.

Carl-Peter is the senior independent non-executive director and chair of the Remuneration Committee. Caroline Dowling will take the chair of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 1 September 2021. At the same time, Ajai Puri will join the Audit Committee.
