– UK, Birmingham – IMI plc (LON: IMI), the specialist engineering group, today announced the appointment of Jackie Callaway to its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2023.
She will also join the Nomination and Audit Committees.

She is currently CFO at Coats Group plc, the world’s leading industrial thread and global footwear component manufacturer, and was previously CFO at Devro plc.
