– UK, London – Diploma PLC (LON: DPLM) today announces the appointment of Anne Thorburn as the new Senior Independent Director, effective 20 January 2021, succeeding Charles Packshaw who will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
Anne has been a non-executive Director of Diploma PLC since September 2015. She is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of each of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
