Rotork appoints Janice Stipp to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Bath –  Rotork plc (LON: ROR), the global flow control and instrumentation group, today announced the appointment of Janice Stipp to its Board as a Non-executive Director effective from 1 December 2020.

Her international financial credentials, combined with her depth and breadth of experience in manufacturing and engineering companies, will further strengthen the diverse mix of skills and experience on the Board. We very much look forward to her joining us.” said Board Chairman, Martin Lamb.

Janice will become a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. and will take over from Sally James as Chair of the Audit Committee upon the conclusion of the Company’s 2021 AGM.

About Janice Stipp

Janice brings highly relevant sectoral and financial expertise to the Rotork Board from a career spanning 30 years, together with a global perspective, particularly in Asia. Janice was formerly SVP and CFO of Rogers Corporation, a US speciality engineered materials technology and manufacturing company. Her previous roles included EVP and CFO of Tecumseh Products Co. LLC, a US manufacturer of compressors for air conditioning and refrigeration products. Before this, Janice held senior financial positions in various international manufacturing and engineering companies.

Janice currently serves as a Non-executive Director of Sappi Ltd, Commercial Vehicle Group Inc and ArcBest Corporation. Janice received an MBA from Wayne State University (Michigan) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
