– UK, London – Diploma PLC (LON: DPLM), the value-add distribution group, today announced the appointment of Janice Stipp to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective on 17 January 2024.

Janice Stipp will also join the the Remuneration and Nomination Committees as a member, and the Audit Committee as Chair-designate, to succeed Anne Thorburn as Audit Committee Chair during 2024.
