– UK, London – Diploma PLC (LON: DPLM), the international value-added distribution group, announced the appointment of Katie Bickerstaffe as a non-executive director and as Senior Independent Director, effective from 1 October 2024.

Accordingly, Anne Thorburn will step down from the Board as Senior Independent Director.
