About Dr. Hisham Mahmoud
Dr. Mahmoud will continue to serve as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Cumming Group – leading international project management and cost consulting firm. He most recently served as Global President & CEO of Golder, a leading global engineering & consulting firm which was recently acquired by WSP. Before Golder, Dr. Mahmoud held executive leadership roles at several companies in the industry, including serving as President of the global Infrastructure division of SNC-Lavalin, Group President at AMEC, and Group General Manager at URS. He is a registered Professional Engineer and earned a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.
