– EGYPT, Giza – Commercial International Bank Egypt (LON: CBKD) today announced the recommendation to appoint Hisham Ezz Al-Arab as Non-Executive Chairman to succeed Sherif Samy who will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
The appointment is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Egypt.
