– UK, London – Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LON: PSDL), the UK-listed investment company specializing in Berlin residential real estate, today announced the appointment of Steve Wilderspin to its Board as a non-executive Director effective from 10 January 2023.

About Steven Wilderspin
Steve Wilderspin, a Jersey resident, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He has acted as an independent director of a number of public and priseveralment funds and commercial companies since 2007.
He is currently a non-executive director and chair of the risk committee of Blackstone Loan Financing Limited, a non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited, and a non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee of GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited, all listed on the LSE.
Before 2007, Steven was Beforeor at Maples Finance Jersey, responsible for their fund administration and fiduciary business. Steven began his career at PwC in London in 1990.
