– UK, London – Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LON: PSDL), the UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate, today announced the appointment of Isabel Robins to its Board as a non-executive Director, effective from 14 March 2022.
About Isabel Robins
Isabel Robins has been a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 1993 and received a BSc (Hons) Valuation and Estate Management degree from the University of the West of England (1991). She holds several non-executive roles, including with EcoWorld Ballymore as well as Chairman of a regulated Guernsey Manager investing in real estate and private equity for high-net-worth individuals.
Mrs Robins has over 23 years of experience running complex offshore real estate structures, encompassing a broad range of property funds, investments, and developments.
She is a Jersey resident independent non-executive director and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
