– UK, London – Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LON: PSDL), the UK listed investment company specialising in German residential real estate, today announced the appointment of Greg Branch to its Board as a non-executive Director effective from 1 September 2020.
“Greg brings a large wealth of experience to the Company and we are delighted to welcome him to the Board,” said Board Chairman, Robert Hingley.
About Greg Branch
Greg is a Jersey resident independent non-executive director with over 30 years’ experience working in the financial services and real estate sectors. He has considerable experience working with complex business structures and has a broad understanding of risk management and the valuation of unlisted assets.
Greg received a Bachelor of Science in monetary economics, is ACA qualified and was previously a senior partner at Deloitte LLP in Jersey. He holds a number of non-executive roles, including with Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited and Saltgate Limited.
