– UK, London – PageGroup plc (LON:PAGE), the specialist recruitment consultancy, announced the appointment of Paul Harrison to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2025.
Paul Harrison will also join the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
About Paul Harrison
Paul Harrison is the CFO of AutoStore Holdings Ltd, a technology business listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Over the past 25 years, Paul has held several CFO and COO roles in listed international technology and data-driven companies. More recently, these included serving as COO of Ascential plc and as CFO of Just Eat plc. He was also a Non-Executive Director of Darktrace plc from April 2021 to October 2024.
