– UK, Weybridge – PageGroup plc (LON: PAGE), the specialist recruitment consultancy today announced the appointment of Babak Fouladi to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director effective from 10 April 2023.
“I am delighted to announce that Babak will be joining the Board. His extensive technology experience will complement the skills and experience of the Board,” said Board Chair, Angela Seymour-Jackson.
Babak Fouladi will also join the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
The Company also announced that its Senior Independent Director, Patrick De Smedt will not seek re-election to the Board at the next AGM.

Babak Fouladi is currently the Chief Technology & Digital Officer and a Member of the Board of Management at Koninklijke KPN NV. Before this, he held several senior technology positions in the telecoms sector including CT at MTN Group plc and CTO (Romania and then Spain) at Vodafone Group plc.
