– UK, Weybridge – PageGroup plc (LON: PAGE), the specialist recruitment consultancy today announced the appointment of Karen Geary to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2022.
Karen Geary will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees, and will assume responsibilities as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 May 2022.
About Karen Geary
Karen Geary has more than 20 years of international Human Resources experience across a variety of industries, managing organizations, and leadership teams. Between 1998 and 2013, Karen was with The Sage Group plc, where she built and led the HR function as Group HR Director. After this Karen held Group HR executive positions with a US-based software business, followed by an FTSE 100 software company whom she originally joined as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Since 2019 Karen has pursued a non-executive portfolio career.
Karen is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at ASOS Plc, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of National Express Group plc, and a Non-Executive Director of Sabre Insurance Group plc.
