– BERMUDA, Hamilton – Oakley Capital Investments Limited (LON: OCI) announced the appointment of Steve Pearce to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director effective from 5 November 2024.

Steve Pearce is an experienced investment banker who brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance and capital markets having spent over 20 years advising UK-listed PLCs and alternative investment funds. He is CEO of Singer Capital Markets, a London headquartered investment bank specializing in growth companies and investment funds. Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and is a graduate of Durham University.
