N Brown Group announces Ron McMillan as next Board Chairman alongside Gill Barr as Senior Independent Director

– UK, Manchester –  N Brown Group Plc (LON: BWNG) today announced the appointment of current Senior Independent Director Ron McMillan as Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective on 31 March 2021 subject to FCA approval, succeeding Matt Davies who will step down with effect from 31 March 2021. Ron McMillan will relinquish his roles as Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair, and Gill Barr will succeed Ron as the Senior Independent Director.

The Board would like to thank Matt for his contribution over the past three years and for guiding the business through a successful refinancing and transfer to AIM.

Ron is currently Audit Committee Chair and Senior Independent Director of B&M European Value Retail SA and SCS Group Plc, and Audit Committee Chair of Homeserve Plc.
