– UK, London – LendInvest plc (LON: LINV), the UK’s leading platform for mortgages, announced the appointment of Maeve Byrne to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective immediately.
Maeve Byrne will also join the Audit & Risk Committee as Chair and the Nomination and Remuneration Committees as a member.
Concurrently, Penny Judd will step down from the Board with effect from the publication of the Company’s annual results in July 2024. The Company also announced that Nina Spencer and Dale Murray will not seek re-election at the AGM in September 2024.

Maeve Byrne is an accomplished financial services professional who brings over 30 years of experience to her new role. She has held key leadership positions at respected institutions like RBS and KPMG and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Alpha FMC. Her expertise in governance and financial oversight will be instrumental as she steps into the roles of Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, contributing her insight to the Company’s strategic goals.
