– UK, London – LendInvest Plc (LON: LINV), the UK’s leading platform for mortgages, today announced the appointment of current Senior Independent Director Stephan Wilcke to the role of Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors with immediate effect, succeeding Christian Faes who remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Stephan Wilcke brings extensive leadership experience, and his deep understanding of LendInvest and the wider financial services sector makes him a natural successor to lead the Board through the Company’s next phase of growth.
In his new role as Chair, Stephan Wilcke will conduct a review of Board composition and committee membership, and in the interim period will continue to chair the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
