– UK, Belfast – Kainos Group plc (LON: KNOS), an IT provider with expertise across three divisions – Digital Services, Workday Services, and Workday Products – announced the appointment of Shruthi Chindalur to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 24 September 2025.
Shruthi Chindalur will also join the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nominations Committee.

Shruthi Chindalur has over 20 years’ experience in the technology, SaaS, and AdTech sectors. She previously held senior commercial and operational roles at Oracle, LinkedIn, and Criteo, covering APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Access Group, a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, the US and APAC and Bytes Technology Group, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading providers of IT software offerings and solutions, with a focus on AI, cloud, and security products.
