– UK, Leatherhead – Bytes Technology Group PLC (LON: BYIT / JSE: BYI), one of the UK and Ireland’s leading software, security, AI, and cloud services specialists, today announced the appointment of Shruthi Chindalur to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 February 2024.

About Shruthi Chindalur
Shruthi Chindalur has more than 20 years of experience across the technology, SaaS, and ad tech industries. She was most recently an Executive Managing Director at the advertising group Criteo, where she led EMEA and Global Indirect Channels. She has also held several senior commercial roles at Oracle and LinkedIn, with responsibility for markets across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Access Group, a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organizations in the UK, Ireland, and APAC.
