About Mandy Donald
Ms Donald is an experienced non-executive director and audit committee chair in a portfolio of roles. She is currently a non-executive director and audit & risk committee chair of Liontrust Asset Management plc, a non-executive director of Gowling WLG LLP, and a non-executive director and audit committee chair of Punter Southall Group.
Ms. Donald qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP and has extensive experience in strategy, governance, finance, audit, and risk management. She is also a strong advocate of Corporate Governance and has completed the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma.
