– UK, London – JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc (LON: JUSC) announced the nomination of Cindy Rampersaud for her appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1st November 2025.
About Cindy Rampersaud
Cindy Rampersaud is a senior leader with over 25 years of executive and 15 years of board experience across a range of sectors. She is currently a Non-Executive Director at Sage Homes, Deputy-chair and Audit & Risk Committee Chair of the UK Health Security Agency, and a Non-Executive Director and member of the council at Which? Consumer Association.
Her previous roles included her role as the Senior Independent Director and Audit & Risk Chair of Hipgnosis Song Fund. She also worked at Pearson plc, where she led the Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) and its apprenticeships business.
