– UK, London – JPMorgan Russian Securities plc (LON: JRS) today announce the appointment of Eric Sanderson to its Board as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective on 4th January 2021.
“Eric Sanderson is a highly experienced and well regarded Non-executive Director and Chairman with extensive knowledge of investment trusts. He will make an excellent addition to the Board and capable Chairman of the Audit Committee, particularly as he will benefit from Robert’s experience during the handover period.” said Board Chairman, Gill Nott.
In line with the Board Succession plan, Robert Jeens will not be standing for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting on 2nd March 2021 and it is expected that Eric Sanderson will replace Robert Jeens as the Audit Committee Chairman immediately following the AGM.
