– UK, London – JPMorgan Russian Securities plc (LON: JRS) today announced the appointment of Eric Sanderson, who is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee, as Chairman-elect of the Board to succeed Gill Nott who will be retiring as Chairman of the Board and Director at the AGM, to be held on 4th March 2022.
Eric joined the Board in January 2021 and is a highly experienced Chair of investment trusts.
Eric Sanderson, the Chairman-elect said: “I would like to thank the Board for appointing me as Chairman on the retirement of Gill Nott. I have greatly enjoyed working with the Board since I joined as a director at the beginning of this year and look forward to continuing to do so and to continuing Gill’s effective leadership of the Board”.
