– UK, London – JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc (LON: JMG) today announced the appointment of Helena Coles to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1st September 2020.
About Helena Coles
Ms Coles has over 20 years’ Asian and emerging markets equities investment experience and has expertise in investment trusts and environmental, social and governance issues. She is also the independent investment adviser to the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust. Ms Coles was a co-founder and board member of Rexiter Capital Management, a specialist emerging markets and Asian asset management company formed from the previous Kleinwort Benson Investment Management team, where she had held various responsibilities, including as Head of Greater China. Ms Coles has also worked with Fidelity International’s Sustainable Investing team, at the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulatory Authority, and as a consultant to Edison Investment Research.
