– UK, Barrow-in-Furness – James Fisher and Sons plc (LON: FSJ) today announced the appointment of Shian Jastram to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 March 2024.

Shian Jastram will join the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nominations Committee.
About Shian Jastram
Shian Jastram worked in a variety of leadership positions at Ørsted, one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies, from 2006 to 2022. While at Ørsted, she was Head of Operations Excellence, Offshore Wind, and Head of Business & Market Development, at Power-to-X, where she led the global market scale-up of Ørsted’s green hydrogen and renewable fuels business. Shian Jastram has a degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and spent her early career in M&A advisory.
