James Fisher and Sons announces Claire Hawkings to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Barrow-in-Furness –  James Fisher & Sons plc (LON: FSJ) today announced the appointment of Claire Hawkings to its Board as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1 January 2022.

“I am delighted that Claire has agreed to join the Board of James Fisher. Claire’s significant experience gained over many years in the energy sector will be extremely valuable to the Board,” said Board Chairman.

The company also announced that Mike Salter will retire from the Board with effect from the AGM on 5 May 2022.
