– UK, Kendal – James Cropper plc (LON: CRPR), the advanced materials and speciality paper group, today announced the appointment of Lyndsey Scott as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 August 2019.
Mark Cropper, Chairman, said: “I am delighted to welcome Lyndsey as a Non-Executive Director of James Cropper Plc. Her broad range of skills and organisational experience will be of significant benefit to the Board. The Board and I very much look forward to working with her over the coming years.
James Cropper also announces the retirement of David Wilks as Non-Executive Director. David will continue in office until the 2019 AGM of James Cropper plc on 31 July 2019 and will not seek re-election then.
“I would also like to put on record the Board’s appreciation of David’s much-valued contribution as a Non-Executive Director since April 2004,” Mark Cropper, Chairman, added.
