– UK, Barnsley – Billington Holdings Plc (LON: BILN), one of the UK’s leading structural steel and construction safety solutions specialists, today announced the appointment of Lyndsey Scott to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 September 2023, bringing a wealth of HR and people management experience to the Group and has previously worked across a range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
“We are delighted that Lyndsey is joining the board and we look forward to her input and support in building upon our current and future plans for the Group,” said Board Chair, Ian Lawson.
Lyndsey Scott will also join the Remuneration Committee as its Chair.
