– UK, London – Hunting PLC (LON: HTG), the precision engineering group, announced the appointment of Cathy Krajicek to its Board as an independent non-executive Director, with immediate effect.

Cathy Krajicek has joined the Audit and Risk, Ethics and Sustainability, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
About Catherine Krajicek
Cathy Krajicek holds a BSc and MSc from the Colorado School of Mines. After graduating, she joined ConocoPhillips and remained with the company for 22 years, progressing through several global technical, major project, and asset management roles in the US and Indonesia. In 2007, she joined Marathon Oil and held several asset manager and project manager roles in the US before becoming the Regional VP of Marathon’s operations in Equatorial Guinea. Before retiring from Marathon in 2018, Cathy Krajicek held multiple VP roles, including VP of Health, Environment, Safety & Security; VP of Technology & Innovation; and VP of Conventional Assets.
Cathy Krajicek was formerly a non-executive director at Capricorn Energy PLC.
Cathy Krajicek is a US citizen and is currently a Director of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited.
