– BERMUDA, Hamilton Parish – Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. (LON: GKP), a leading independent operator and producer in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, announced the appointments of Cathy Krajicek and Marianne Daryabegui to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors effective on 1 October 2024, alongside David Thomas as Interim Chair effective from 6 September 2024 and
David Thomas will remain Chair on an ongoing basis subject to normal director reappointment provisions at Annual General Meetings.
He has also been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee and has stepped down from his previous roles as Chair of the Safety and Sustainability Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Cathy Krajicek has been appointed Chair of the Safety and Sustainability Committee and has joined the Audit and Risk Committee and Technical Committee as a member.
Marianne Daryabegui has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee and has joined the Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination Committee, and Safety and Sustainability Committee as a member.
