– UK, London – Hunting PLC (LON: HTG), the international energy services group, today announced the appointment of Stuart Brightman to its Board as an independent, non-executive Director, with immediate effect.
Mr. Brightman will also join all of the Board Committees.
About Stuart Brightman
Stuart Brightman is a leading energy services executive, having spent most of his career at TETRA Technologies Inc., Dresser Inc., and Cameron Iron Works.
During his time at TETRA, Mr. Brightman held the position of COO between 2005 and 2009, before he was appointed CEO, a position he held between 2009 and 2019, before he retired from the business. As CEO, Mr. Brightman repositioned TETRA’s businesses to focus on higher return technologies and products, which included organic and acquisitive growth of its three core operating segments.
Mr. Brightman began his career with Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor firm of Ernst & Young (EY).
