– BERMUDA, Hamilton – Hiscox Ltd (LON: HSX), today announced the appointment of Jane Guyett to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, subject to regulatory approval.
“Jane has an impressive combination of extensive global executive experience and a track record of contributing to effective boards and committees in a variety of capacities. These attributes will be valuable as the business continues its ambitious growth trajectory.” said Interim Chair, Colin Keogh.
Jane Guyett would also join the Remuneration Committee as its Chair.
About Jane Guyett
Jane Guyett is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director, having held a range of roles across both the public and private sectors. These include serving as Senior Independent Director at UK Government Investments Limited and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee at the Royal London Mutual Insurance Society.
In addition, she has over 25 years of extensive executive experience, predominantly in the banking sector across EMEA and Asia. This includes 15 years at Bank of America Securities, latterly as COO for EMEA.
