– BERMUDA, Hamilton – Hiscox Ltd (LON: HSX) announced the appointments of Lynne Biggar and June Yee Felix to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective immediately.
“Both Lynne and June’s deep expertise in their respective areas will be strong complements to our existing Board and as the business continues to pursue its ambitious growth plans,” said Interim Chair, Colin Keogh.
The company also announced that Lynn Pike and Anne MacDonald will not seek re-election at the 2025 AGM.
