– BERMUDA, Hamilton – Hiscox Ltd (LON: HSX), the international specialist insurer, announced the appointment of current Independent Non-Executive Director Jane Guyett to the role of Senior Independent Director with immediate effect, succeeding Lynn Pike, who stepped down from the Board following the 2025 AGM.
Jane Guyett joined the Hiscox Ltd Board in September 2024 and already serves as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
