– UK, London – Henderson International Income Trust plc (LON: HINT) today announced the appointment of Mai Fenton to its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2023.
Mai Fenton will also join the audit committee, the nominations and remuneration committee, the management engagement committee, and the insider committee.
