– UK, London – Henderson International Income Trust plc (LON: HINT) today announced the appointment of Joanne Parfrey to its Board as a non-executive director, effective on 1st January 2021.
Joanne will also be chair of the audit committee and will join, as a member, the nominations and remuneration committee, the management engagement committee and the insider committee.
Joanne is currently a non-executive director of Octopus AIM VCT plc and a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Babraham Bioscience Technologies Limited and Start Codon Ltd. She has been a Mentor to the Accelerate Programme at Judge Business School, Cambridge University. Joanne is a chartered accountant and brings to the board strong investment and financial, analytical and risk management skills.
