– UK, London – Henderson International Income Trust plc (LON: HINT) today announced the appointment of Lucy Walker to its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2020.
She will also join the audit committee, nominations and remuneration committee, management engagement committee and insider committee with effect from 1 September 2020.
About Lucy Walker
Lucy was, until 7 August 2020, a fund manager and Head of Third Party Funds at Sarasin & Partners LLP, having joined as an analyst in January 2011. Lucy previously worked in the multi-manager team at HSBC Global Asset Management. She is a non-executive director of Aurora Investment Trust plc, trustee of KEEN London and also sits as an independent member on the audit & risk committee for SportsAid.
