James Hilton has been Group Financial Controller at Hays since 2018, having previously been European Finance Director, UK&I Financial Controller, and Head of Investor Relations. James joined Hays in 2008 from Dresdner Kleinwort after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 2002.
