Reckitt Benckiser Group announces Marybeth Hays to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Slough –  Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (LON: RKT), today announced the appointment of Marybeth Hays to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 February 2024, bringing more than 25 years of experience in retail, healthcare, and consumer goods to the Board.

About Marybeth Hays

From October 2009 until February 2019, Marybeth Hays held various roles of increasing P&L responsibility at three of the four operating divisions of Walmart, including most recently as EVP of Consumables and Health & Wellness for Walmart U.S., and as Chief Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain Officer for Walmart China. Before that, Marybeth served as SVP/General Merchandising Manager for two Walmart U.S. divisions and at Sam’s Club, as Merchandising VP at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., and held brand management roles as VP of Marketing at HanesBrands, Inc.

Marybeth Hays is currently a director and member of the audit committee of JOANN Stores, Inc., and serves on the board of directors for Leapfrog Brands, Affordable Care, and Decowraps. Marybeth is an executive-in-residence with Kearney, and works directly with clients through her company, Hays Advising LLC.

She earned both her M.B.A. and B.A. from Wake Forest University where she serves as a University Trustee and is a member of the Business School Board of Visitors.
