– UK, London – Greencoat UK Wind (LON: UKW) today announced the appointment of Non-Executive Director Nick Winser C.B.E. as Senior Independent Director on the 2023 AGM, to succeed Lucinda Riches C.B.E. who will be appointed as Chair of the Board on 2023 AGM.
Mr. Winser will continue to serve on the Audit, Nominations, and Management Engagement Committees.
