– UK, London – Greencoat UK Wind (LON: UKW) today announced the appointment of Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director Lucinda Riches as Chairman of the Board of Directors following the 2023 AGM, to replace Shonaid Jemmett-Page who will retire with effect from the 2023 AGM.
Lucinda Riches said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Shonaid for her highly valued contribution to the Company. I look forward to assuming my new role as Chair from April next year.”
