– IRELAND, Dublin – Greencoat Renewables PLC (LON: GRP) today announced the appointment of Niamh Marshall to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.
Niamh Marshall will also join the Audit Committee as Chair and the Management Engagement, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees as a member.

Niamh’s experience and expertise as an audit partner, together with a current diverse portfolio of non-executive appointments, will enhance the overall skillset of the Board. Niamh Marshall is an experienced professional having spent the majority of her career at KPMG Ireland as a senior audit partner. She was appointed the first female Partner at KPMG Ireland in 1996 and held the position until 2022. Since then, Niamh has been appointed to several non-executive directorships across a range of industries, including financial services, agriculture and sports.
Niamh Marshall holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
